Paintings

Growing up, I was never fully at ease with the world around me—whether at home, school, or the playground. I often felt like an outsider, struggling with low confidence and finding myself in situations that made me feel small and disconnected.

Art became my refuge early on. Through painting, I began to create a world of my own—one where I had complete control over my environment and how it made me feel. While I couldn't change much of my reality growing up—a difficult home, years spent in hospitals during cancer treatment, and an uninspiring experience in engineering college—I could reshape it on canvas.

This is why I am drawn to surrealism. It allows me to bend and reconstruct reality, transforming it into something more personal, more honest, and more bearable. My practice spans multiple mediums—from acrylics to spray paint—shaped in part by my experience with street art. Each piece, regardless of the medium, is an attempt to build an alternate world—one that feels like it truly belongs to me.
